Q. How long in advance should I place my order?
A. Orders should be placed as early as possible. A minimum of 48–72 hours is appreciated. Orders placed less than 48 hours in advance are welcome but will be considered rush orders and may include a small surcharge.
Q. What areas do you deliver to?
A. We deliver to most areas in South Florida. A delivery charge may apply depending on location.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
A. Yes. We require a minimum of 1 dozen per flavor. Fondant or sugar decorations are available if the order is placed at least 72 hours in advance, with an additional charge.
Q. What other products do you offer?
A. We proudly offer a variety of homemade treats, including: cake balls, cake pops, cakes, and pastelitos.
Q. Can I pick up my order?
A. Absolutely! Pickup times will be arranged when you place your order. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled pickup.
Q. Is a deposit required?
A. Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin your order. Final payment is due before your event or on the day of delivery or pickup.
Q. How should I care for my cupcakes?
A. Our cupcakes are made fresh and are best enjoyed on the day of purchase. If you need to store them: keep them in the box and wrap it tightly with saran wrap, avoid refrigeration if possible, and if refrigerated allow them to return to room temperature before serving.
